How to make
1.Cut the ginger into thin slices, leaving the skin on.
2.Cut the pork belly into 5cm pieces.
3.Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt and spinach, and boil for 30 seconds until wilted, then drain in a colander. Cool under running water, squeeze out the water, cut off the roots, and cut into 4 cm pieces.
4.Heat a frying pan over high heat, add 2 slices and brown them on all sides.
5.Add the green part of the spring onion, 1, water, and (A) and heat over medium heat. When the mixture comes to a boil, cover with a drop-lid and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes until tender, then remove from heat.
