Sauteed Pork Sprouts with Grilled Meat
Ingredients
pork belly ・・・・・・・・200g
yakiniku sauce ・・・・・・・2 tablespoons
Spinach ・・・・・・・200g
Carrots ・・・・・・・・1/4 sticks
(A) yakiniku sauce ・・・・・・ 3 tablespoons
(A) Grated garlic・・・・・・・ 1 tsp
sesame oil ・・・・・・・・・1 teaspoon
water-soluble katakuriko (potato starch) ・・・・・・1 teaspoon
Red Hot Pepper ・・・・・・・・・1 teaspoon
How to make
1.Cut spinach and carrot into thin strips. Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces and dip in yakiniku sauce.
2.Combine (A) in a bowl and mix.
3.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork belly and spinach.
4.Pour the mixture over the pork and spinach and bring to a simmer. Add water-soluble katakuriko (potato starch), and when the mixture thickens, add sesame oil from the surface of the pan.
5.Top with white sesame seeds and Red Hot Pepper.
